A great social event. Many attendees with fun and laughter all evening. Intended purely as a social event, but we still managed to raise £260 on the night. Watch for details of the next event.

Today, we find comfort and hope in the beautiful words of John 14:27: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

In a world that often feels chaotic and tumultuous, these words from Jesus serve as a profound reminder of the peace He offers to all who believe. It’s a peace that transcends the temporary, superficial peace the world can provide. It’s a deep and lasting peace that brings solace to our troubled hearts and banishes fear.

May you find rest in the peace that only Christ can provide, and may your hearts be free from trouble and fear as you journey with Him.

Thank you for all the donations to our Harvest which will be given to St Barnabas food bank. A special thank you to Hey with Zion school children for singing so beautifully for us in our service. We enjoyed their singing and we hope they will visit us again soon.
