Services

We express our thanks to God and give praise by coming together to worship.
We try to provide a variety of services to meet differing ages and tastes.

Our normal pattern of worship is as follows:

Sunday 9.30am A service of Holy Communion with hymns –
Our principal act of Worship – lasts about 70 mins and is followed by tea / coffee in the hall. Sunday School runs at the same time in the hall that is part of the church building complex. On the third Sunday of the month it is a Family Communion using the big screen for the songs.

Sunday 8 am A service of Holy Communion – lasts about 40mins
Based on “Common Worship” so traditional but modern language without music . On the first Sunday of the month we use the 1662 Book of Common Prayer

Wednesdays 10 am A service of Holy Communion – lasts about 35mins
Based on “Common Worship” so traditional but modern language without music . On the first Wednesday of the month we use the 1662 Book of Common Prayer

Tuesdays 7pm “Come and Praise!”
A Service of the Word no communion – lasts about 35-40mins
A modern service very much aimed at the young people and folk new to faith.
We generally sing a few songs.

We also have extra services at particular times of the year such as Christmas and Easter
