This Weeks Reflection

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.” – 1 John 4:7

This beautiful verse from 1 John reminds us that love is the foundation of our faith and the clearest reflection of God in our lives. It’s a call to action, a reminder, and a reassurance all in one.

God’s love isn’t just something we receive—it’s something we are called to share abundantly. It transcends differences, breaks down barriers, and brings healing and hope to the world. Whether in small gestures or grand acts, when we choose to love, we are living out our purpose as children of God.

As we reflect on this verse, let’s remember that love isn’t just an emotion—it’s an action. It’s a choice to reflect God’s light in a world that desperately needs it.

Let’s take this message to heart. Each day, find a new way to show love to someone around you. It could be as simple as sending an encouraging message, helping a colleague, or showing patience in a difficult moment. Together, our small acts of love can create ripples of change.

This Weeks Reflection

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16

This verse is at the very heart of our Christian faith—a profound reminder of God’s boundless love and the hope offered to us all through Jesus Christ.

Wherever you are today, may this truth fill you with peace and assurance: You are loved beyond measure.

Join us in reflecting on this verse and celebrating the gift of life in Christ.

This Weeks Reflection

Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.” – John 16:24b

This verse reminds us of God’s open invitation to come to Him with our hearts’ desires and needs. It’s a beautiful promise that our prayers and hopes are not only heard but that we can trust in a response that brings true joy and fulfillment.

God encourages us to ask, to seek, and to believe, because when we align our hearts with His, we open ourselves to receive the blessings He has prepared for us.

So today, let’s approach Him with confidence and faith, knowing that He delights in filling us with joy. Whatever you are praying for, trust that He hears you and is ready to answer in His perfect way and timing.

All Souls

Today we held our All Souls service to commemorate the Faithful Departed which included the words:

Hear us, O merciful Father, as we remember in love those whom we have placed in your hands.

Enfold them in the arms of your mercy, in the blessed rest of everlasting peace, and in the glorious company of the saints of light.

Amen
